Effective 1 February 2027, Thalia will assume ownership of the independent bookshop Röh m Buch und Büro, located at Marktplatz 9 in Sindelfingen, Baden‑Württemberg.
The current proprietor, Ulrich Röh m, is nearing his 70th birthday and has announced plans to retire shortly after the transfer.
The acquisition adds a well‑established local retailer to Thalia’s expanding network of German stores.
Röh m Buch und Büro has been a fixture on Sindelfingen’s market square, serving the community with books and office supplies for decades.
