The four‑day event, held in the spa town of Baden‑Baden, features a book fair, author readings and a series of literary talks.
Charlotte Link will launch the festival by unveiling her latest thriller, “Kalte Tage”, and will be presented with the Media Control Platin‑Award for her contributions to the genre.
Other scheduled readings include feminist writer Alice Schwarzer and psychologist‑author Stefanie Stahl, adding diverse perspectives to the programme.
Organisers have combined the traditional book fair format with live readings and award ceremonies to attract both industry professionals and the general public.
The festival aims to strengthen Baden‑Baden’s reputation as a cultural hub for German‑language literature.
