The updated platform enables users to work directly with files already stored in TeraBox without needing to download them first to another application. Features include a Presentation Agent that can process uploaded documents to generate slide decks, an AI Transcribe tool that produces speaker-labeled transcripts from audio recordings, and an AI Notebook designed to build summaries, quizzes, and mind maps from reference materials.

Testing of the Presentation Agent demonstrated its ability to take a PDF containing product briefs, competitor comparisons, and meeting notes, and generate an eight-slide outline in under two minutes. While the initial organization was generally sensible, manual adjustments were required to reorder slides, shorten bullet points, and swap built-in icons. A subsequent run through the Beautify feature updated colors and spacing without altering the edited text.

The AI Transcribe function processed a 12-minute voice memo in approximately three minutes, providing timestamps and speaker labels. The transcript required minor corrections for five words, including a participant’s name and a technical term. Meanwhile, the AI Notebook generated an eight-question quiz that drew directly from specific figures in source documents, though a generated mind map merged two separate meeting note concerns into a single branch.

Image generation capabilities allow users to produce supporting visuals via text prompts. Initial results occasionally required prompt refinements to remove unwanted elements like distorted logos on generated laptop screens before producing a clean output suitable for presentations.

While the integration reduces app-switching for everyday tasks such as summarization and transcription, certain limitations remain. Cross-document comparisons require manual verification when dealing with conflicting information, and specific features like the Presentation Agent currently necessitate web or desktop use rather than mobile devices.
