Timo Blümmer, Chief Financial Officer of the Westermann Gruppe, will leave his executive role on 31 December 2026, the company announced.
Blümmer has served as the commercial managing director of the holding since 2018, overseeing the printing and logistics divisions as well as central commercial functions.
Westermann CEO Sven Fischer will temporarily assume Blümmer’s responsibilities in addition to his publishing activities, reflecting the group’s evolving structure with a growing share of publishing operations.
