Rachida Brakni (Stock) and Akram Belkaïd (Tallandier) were awarded the 2026 Grande Mosquée de Paris literary prize, with Sylvia Chiffoleau receiving a special mention.

Rachida Brakni won for her novel La part absente, published by Stock.

Akram Belkaïd was honoured for Chroniques du ramadan, voyage intimiste au cœur du jeûne, released by Tallandier.

Sylvia Chiffoleau received a special mention from the jury.

The awards were announced by the Grande Mosquée de Paris on 13 October 2026.
