Mangatopia Celebrates Kana’s 30th Anniversary at Brussels Comic Museum

From 16 October 2026 to 17 May 2027, Brussels’ Comic Museum hosts Mangatopia, a showcase marking 30 years of Kana publishing.

For six months, the Musée de la Bande Dessinée in Brussels will host Mangatopia, an exhibition celebrating the 30th anniversary of Kana publishing. The event will feature original manga panels, video interviews, and emblematic works that highlight the medium’s diversity.

In addition to the displays, the exhibition pays tribute to Kana’s founder, Yves Schlirf, who passed away in September. The museum’s program aims to honor his legacy while showcasing the breadth of manga culture.
